The Heart Foundation recently joined an increasing number of health advisory bodies around the world in revising its recommendation around the consumption of eggs.
After a major review of available data, The Heart Foundation recommends that all Australians can consume up to six eggs a week, in a healthy, balanced diet low in saturated fat, without increasing their risk of Cardiovascular Disease (CVD).
