The Food Safety Taskforce (FSTF) is an impartial panel of independent medical, veterinary and food safety advisors to guide communications from the Australian Egg Corporation on food safety, with a particular emphasis on safe food handling and Avian Influenza (AI). The information upon which this website is based has been identified by taskforce members and includes peer-reviewed scientific studies as well as statements and links to national and international health, food safety and agricultural regulatory bodies.
